Ten Million Miles

Wiould I dare to
go to Chicago
to see my honey,
in truth she
never ask me
so I shall
not go...but
should she invite me
would I go,
my first thought is
I honestly don't know
if I would go
but I would
strongly consider it,
simply because
it would take away
any doubt or fear
that she really wants me...

Chicago where a surprise awaits him.

Never took part in online dating, but, I'm thinking, maybe, the 'not really knowing' your poem speaks of here is possibly one of the consequences of it. Maybe? Enjoyed!
