BEYOND THE TEARS OF TOMORROW 5 April 2013 There is a sadness that pervades the edges of everything yet it cocoons past joys that otherwise would just be whispers in the wind. Owl |

An interesting perspective, especially when one takes the time to appreciate the hardness a cacoon must exhibit before anything beautiful will come out of it. I really liked this one, Owl. Michael |

Thank you for finding the heart of my poem, Michael. I am glad you did. I have often said that the greater the loss of whatever kind, the greater the gift we mourn, and it is so very healing, that whilst we rightfully mourn deeply, to give thanks just as deeply for the gift of whomever or whatever we lost. And likewise, if we didn't have much in the first place, we didn't lose much and there are benefits to that too. So, either way, we are all winners (Diana's logic?), though it doesn't always feel like it. Smiles. Owl |

Thank you, Martyjo. Perhaps it is women's logic, not just Diana's logic, lol? Owl |

You have written many verses that touched me deeply... but this didn't just touch my heart, it claimed it. Exquisitely beautiful! |

Ruth, you have written many words that have touched MY heart deeply, but these of yours claimed it - forgive me for having used your words, but there was no other way to express it. Purrs to Kate and Colin and hugs to you Owl |

It's the burnt edges that make your work so vintage. Enjoyed! |

EmmaRose, it seems to me that every time you open your mouth, your heart pours out in poetry. Thank you for such a beautiful response. I am very honoured. Owl |
