I wish I was a member of the one percent.
Then, I think, I could pay my rent.
I would dine on all the best.
Instead of slumming with all the rest.
I would eat at the nicest restaurants in the town.
Instead of the one with the red-faced clown.
Oh, that life could be so grand.
In no lines would I have to stand.
Now with the 47% through life life I grind.
At the good-will my clothes I find.
Yes, my whole life I'd gladly change.
My affairs carefully rearange.
Now a Ford is what I gently drive.
But with a Caddy I could come alive.
Spending the week-ends by the sea.
Yes, that's the happy life for me.
Now I'm just a blue-jeans slob.
Whoops 5:30 I'm off to my second job.

Yep, I could handle a bit more prosperity these days and wouldn't feel bad at all if I was in that one percent.

I enjoyed your words Mr.B. Nicely done.
I think as we get older we don't want as much as when we were younger, except our health.I would rather stay home and cook instead of going out.. Nice to read you again.

The 99% is still a nice place to be, I'd say. Overall, nicely written. Really liked the idea.
