I have known Love,

remembering still

and,

I have felt love
However lost or strayed

I have been loved.

Love can not wander in and out

and still be felt

Meandering  here and
there
That is not love

Though it last but one year,

If Loyal,

Then it is
love
and

Memories are stored.

Love is many things to many people. We all try to make love something describable, where in many cases, it is impossible to describe that very heartfelt emotion. Good poetry, got me thinking.

Thank you Jerry and Victoria. If we were loved by any one,friend,aquaintance or lover and for some reason they have gone on their way for one reason or another, it is the love we remember. Some friends leave because they moved or married or had a new life waiting. Some die and some were there for a reason and then went on their way.But I feel the memories and the good feelings stay with us,and our lives were enhanced by having known and shared something with that person. I never have felt that I had lost a loved one for any other reason. jo

Thank you Ida . Maybe I am a Polly Anna but I have never felt the hurt so many write about over love or friendship.Maybe just lucky.
