On a warm summer's eve a gentle breeze carries the scent that calls me to your waiting arms moonbeams and fireflies luminaries that light the night crickets and croakers acappella choir sing as we dance the dance that binds our souls and entwines our hearts until our bodies merge as one on the cool green bed on which we lay now wet with the dew of passions play and what was once a virgin glen is now a shrine I worship at as on my knees I find myself drinking from your spring of love and then my lips search out the bud that opens with a sunrise kiss in a burst of luminescent dreams that leaves you trembling in my arms and I asleep in yours. |
