FACING IT AGAINST ALL ODDS
9 January 2013

Your little light
glows bravely
in the dark
and finds its solace
in the embrace of the few
die-hards,
loyal to the end,
and unafraid
to take the arrows
of the rest,
oh beautiful,
painful,
daring,
glorious,
emancipating
Truth.

Also, whilst being right and good, truth is actually the easiest way to live and also it allows one to sleep at night - although I understand that there can be many reasons for not being able to sleep, many of which are completely innocent, lol!

Facing another's Truth, and appreciating that Truth and loving it, no matter what, which is actually what this poem is about, is also the easiest way to live.
