Note: I was here many years ago an infant minded poet who learnt alot from reading and writing and the kind comments from the members here currently I have been reading around and came to realise those beloved members thatI used to admire for not only their talents in writing but their kindness in responses have passed away and I still fond of a memory in me was drawn to write once again once more for rememberance. To the journeys passed. So faint it seems my memories go a traveller through the cross-road of another’s life I know—stopping to collect my grains of sand from their hourglasses on the shelf of life—never able to touch them all, some too coated in dust for me to take my peek, many many years I’ll never see. And I too narrow in my mind to stare-- those long hours into the flay, while they hope to find my judgement there. I am more than these grains of sand yet find my character and reputation placed upon such short a time—these moments touch me as a chill, as fainting coming 'the warmth of change surrounds me whole'. And I smile upon these current thoughts of past where gentle were their hearts, and pens just as lightly pressed but deep into the stroke-- I bid you goodnight into your everlasting dreams while I still ponder on my hour glasses yet to fill one wish I take into my breath' for my distant to be the same, for we all know in our thoughts the end. |

Beautifully written. I was just reading some of the poems from Bill Charles and Michael Auguste yesterday with tears in my eyes, and Wilfred Yeats(Bill), and their responses to me. Thank you for remembering those fine poets and friends RS. ~Victoria |

Such a touching sensitive write, dear Lee. Yes, too many of our beloved Poets have moved on, but their impact was strong and the emotions of the heart last. Very beautiful expressions. Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
