The demons, the draggin's those suckers of life that pull me under and bury me in a world asunder The thieves that that rob and plunder my content and calm Met face to face with fortitude a kick ass attitude My Goddess unchained unleashed at last Summoned somehow Perhaps my whistling through that last straw struck a magical note Created a harmony deep inside of me that kept me free from the devil's undertow LGR(C)2/12/12 |

Good morning, Lori, I see you are an early riser also. Good on you for this poem. I was wondering when the Goddess would come back into your writing. She and you are a good team. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Well done, Goddess Lori! We should never allow the "demons" to weaken us, but you are right they have that provoking attitude ... but a direct gaze into their mean eyes will disintegrate them, parola di dea! (says the goddess! Brava! Margherita |
