Having been ill And now again Taking interest In the world The sky dull Gray and trees Themselves still as Waiting for morning Or perhaps not just The advent of usual Light but something Someone else waited For all this time I have no idea As I sit here smoking My pipe and yet I’m glad Mystery or not yet coming To be here Even without you Whoever you are In warm rooms Breathing . |
