At Dennys with Ms. Jenny

Went to the Dennys today
for turkey bacon & eggs,
the waitresses had
their usual frowns & smiles
and laughter seemed out of style,
that is until the new waitress (Ms Jenny)
let out a yell as she tripped and fell
and landed right in my lap
while my breakfast landed right in place,
with that the new waitress
brought laughter to my heart
and a smile to my face
right after she said
"I meant to do that."
