All my ugly little addictions
and their obsessions
are back and full blown
My intent is not to complain
as I have no one but myself to blame
for the years of self abuse I've known
Comforts then
that would kill me now
It is just a matter of when
and hurrying the inevitable along
doesn't feel so wrong

Just battle weary I guess.
Tired of constantly
swimming upstream
against a constant current
of overwhelm.
My nest endlessly asunder
My need for put away
and done never met
And order's peace
is never kept.

I miss my young the most when my butt is so easily kicked by housework. There was day
