The enchanting arms of the night holding me close the way you did back then unveiling depths of passion while the warm breath of ebony winds runs his fingers through moonlight hair as a voyeur secretly peeks behind the silkin web of seduction listening to your whisper words slither and crawl over my skin kissing celibate lips invisible ink promises tattooed upon my memory an image of you embraces the cleavage of the night. ~Victoria~ A poem is never finished, only abandoned. - Paul Valery (1871-1945) |

Last line was a good one, Victoria. It was a perfect way to end this very sensuous poem as a matter of fact. I like this poem. It is a little different than I've seen you pen before. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Loved it...wouldn't call it "dark" particularly... love the pic too, which bespeaks "thrill of life", and not a dark one either. j. |

More of a dark romance I guess. Thanks again Jimmy, and for peeking in. ~V~ A poem is never finished, only abandoned. |
