Your voice stays back in the shadows of a cold wintry night. Your mind out of yesterday, knowing it is time for a change. While gone is the spell that crossed the span of time Closing dreams of tomorrow that echoed what might have been... when love comes under a harvest moon. . . . M (inspired by combining your titled thoughts) "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." (Will Moss) |

Hah! Sounds very familiar to what happened to me just recently, Maureen. You more or less told it like it was too. I know it isn't meant to be from my titled thoughts, but the result feels the same. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

But Jerry, it is from some of your titles and those of others in poetry #48. Sometimes when we can't think of anything to write, some of us in the past take some of the titles and make them into a poem and I am sure several were from your titles. So I must thank you and the others that I borrowed from. I am not having very much happening in my life right now so this inspired me today. M |

Thank you, Maureen. I had thought you had one particular title in mind. And if one or more of my titles helped you compose this fine poem, I am proud of that. That's a neat way to write poetry. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

you are welcome Jerry...and I went back a few days of poetry 48 to pick the titles I thought would make good lines. Took a while plus I am making some changes in my life as the need arises. Sometimes change is necessary to survive ![]() M |
