Get Your Mind Out of Yesterday

Lets imagine
that the past
is gone,
over and done,
you lived it
and in those moments
you experienced
the good and the bad
the happy and the sad,
but now its over
and what is done is done
and now you need to get
your mind out of yesterday,
because today
all you really have
is the opportunities of today;
its almost like having
a brand new life waiting for you
if you can get your mind
out of yesterday.
