Twilight-Forest Meadow Wildflowers grow dim in the vanishing twilight, while tree-shadows dance with the gathering moonlight. The Summer wind mingles the scents of jasmine and honeysuckle from the world of men around ten thousand corners of these mountain forests, as cicada sing their cryptic song to the fireflies beneath a cosmic swirl of endless galaxies. Come ... and learn to be quiet and gentle. Drink deep of calm humility, for every moment here is far, far more than you or I shall ever truly ‘know’ … or be. --- b. e. adams (7/6/2012) |

slendid, bruce, i love the proximity in images of a cicada and a galaxy, it gives some vertigo abd vastness of the world, thanks for the very fine penning, yann |

Instructive descriptive poetry at its best, Bruce. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

A peacefully beautiful vision that draws the spirit to a place where inner quiet fills the soul...a world created by those who seek such beauty...It may start in the mind but I believe that we each have the ability to bring it to life...I completely enjoyed my visit here...**BIG HUGS** *may our dreams ever be magical* |
