It Takes Two to Share a Dream

Everybody has their own dreams
and sometimes
in the mystery
of the universe
dreams collide
and assumptions may be made
that the dreams of
two individuals
are shared dreams
but as time passes
one or the other
may discover
that though the dreams
are similar in many ways
they have not met the one
they were waiting for
nor the one they will truly care for
and as hard as the lesson seems
it takes two to share a dream.

Yeah, you are right, James, but these dreams sometimes have to be melded with the other dream for survival.
