Red and orange Leaves are lying On the road It rained All last night The street is wet And shimmering In the morning sun Water drips From telephone wires Wooden eaves Here And there a bird sings The whole world Along with me is waiting For you to come outside Out the back door Of a non-descript Two story corner house With a one car garage . |
