Always
In the back
Of his mind
Remembering

That camp
In Deutschland
Where anyone
Whoever went in
Never came out

Alive
It must have
Been good

For my father
To go into
A shower
And feel the water
Warm

In winter
Cool in summer

Flowing down
On and all along
Without being oblivion

His whole
Breathing life
