We are all cosmic debris Flotsam and jetsam You and me I hold onto all the treasure That you send More than any measure Always it seems Our desires undisclosed I fall deeper within You and me Our very own pretend A world full of grace Starlight and Heaven For only us to trace Always it seems Our desires undisclosed We disintegrate each other Glorious you and me To reconstruct one another Time has come to proclaim Whisper for us to hear To speak now with no shame Today it seems Our desires be disclosed |

time's too short for leaving things unsaid especially something as wonderful as desire |

This splendid poem begins with the enigma of our cosmic origins, then unfolds into the realm of desire, and the quest for fulfillment. I love the way the moment arrives, love is at the ready, at the divine moment of being disclosed. A very satisfying read, my young friend! Art |
