One Good Thing Though My husband drives an 18-wheeler; out on the road for two weeks or longer, only home for a couple days and each time, I must be stronger. I sleep alone, I wake alone, only thinking of his touch- sometimes just breathing hurts if I let myself think too much. I ponder death and memorize all the things I need to say- we both have so much love for giving; I learned to miss him while he's still living and I will... until... my dying day. Never miss a chance to tell the ones you love how much they mean to you and how much you miss them when they are gone, even if they only went to the store. |

Dixie, You just keep sharing and learning and growing. This is a wonderful tribute of how far you have come and where you are today. Love you, girly. A |
