Old Victorian Across her cotton fields all plowed her cypress trees stand tall and proud beside her barn all scratched and worn by early frost that bites the morn and warns what livestock still remains to rise and shine for grains obtained with moos and cackles, oinks and neighs commencing each a winter's day while looking down from turret high a roof of shingles touches sky and towers headdress bringing nod that all is well with man and God. God bless, Lighthouse Bob |

A very welcome addition. The bond between man and God is captured in this well written poem. All is well with man and God. |

I'm thinking as the rhythms of your words harmonize my mind, how much we do have to be grateful for. There is a spectacular peace in the images woven throughout this wordpaint--beauty at its serene best, pastoral and powerful living. Gifted vision and lovely penning! ![]() |
