I know the direction you've traveled, and by this time safe harbor have found. Your heart was full like a galleon, to the brim with gold dug from marked ground. I felt richer in life from just being slipped near by.Now that night has arrived, I gaze through the dark sky. What then if I took the journey, on the rolling waves of the sea? Would I be captured by pirates, and by chance be able to flee? Or if dashed upon rocks in a swelling rain storm, could love help sustain me, and bundle me warm? You have sailed far away, and distant from me, but your memories still knock on my door. Like a fabled old yarn, spun in whispers and legends, and told on a foreign shore. quote: Pondering an alternative choice is something we do ever so often. You expressed this well. Love, Margherita |
