The other side of love I stand before a door. Afraid of the other side. Comforted by the torturous memories. Of a love passed. I need only the courage to reach out, to touch the other side of love. I find you standing by my side, holding my hand helping me. I turn the key.... I tried to write something a little happier but still from my heart. I don't know if this counts as the former by it is from the latter |

The latter is more important I believe. This was succinct and full of emotional content. Excellent work! |

Thank you Father, I am attempting to lean meter and feet. It seems my poems will start free form and then I may try to form them into a structure. Trying some of the lessons in the Poetry workshop. I am beginning to enjoy writing poetry. |

Yes, it qualifies as happy...or, at least, hopeful and positive. That's a good thing. There are parts where you have very good meter. Nice to see you working on it. Best to you, poet |

I can understand your desire to want to write in meter. I also try to make an effort in this respect. It is difficult but I think that you made a good show here. I want to encourage you to continue. |
