I did this for writers club, at school. The theme was nostalgia. _______________________________________________________ Drip, drip, drip, the rain falls gently outside. The slow pitter-patter of the drops quietly greet the windows with joy. A little boy in a yellow jacket and bright red boots jumps in the puddles. Shrieks of happiness cut through the quite noise of rain. His mother sits in her favourite chair with a cup of coffee, watching over her son. A smile spreads across her face as she witnesses wonderful simplicity. Soon, the rain will come to an end and the sun will show its face. But for now we'll marvel and be content in glory. julianna "Many of the most significant moments in our lives come not because it all went right, but because it all fell apart." - Rob Bell |
