often on those crisco sizzle evenings when the lanterns came out of cupboards and the fog hounds would howl the bayou momma loud would smear down wrinkle candy and let it dry on the bread board while she read me god heart david psalms and got her hands all quivering christian talking with the holy ghost and jesus under the influence to go out and heal some I wore my tadpole amazement over freckles and she carried her anointing oil thimble went knocking on the moan keeper's doors to release their demons back into gator skins _____________ daark |

as always you paint great images in this and the word play is to be envied... I've read three times and each time taken away something a little different... I have little doubt, when I read it again, I will see yet another layer of things to consider. good stuff ammigo... indeed |
