For you still I fail to find a name Incapable of arranging a place Once I tried to describe your form In virtue of those immortal gods And you the mysterious messenger Why always holding your head high Even though unshowing me your sneer Wearing an unfathomable face forever |

I'm not sure I understand this one.... :-) I understand that there is someone mysterious and that you have tried to describe them and feel you have failed in some way... with the reference to the gods, I am assuming you put them in high regard... but the who.. or what.. is still a mystery to me.... |

Capt, thank you for your read and words. Maybe I made a mistake to title the poetry with To Mysterious Person, actually that¡¯s not somebody or strictly speaking even cant say that¡¯s something. There was some time in the past I often thought of problems of philosophy, I hoped I could get some breakthrough but failed eventually, then came out this poetry........ |

ah~~ so it is written about the search for answers...wisdom, knowledge... Now I understand more... thank you Through tomes and eyes of gods Aloof, the words seem but circles telling nothing to the soul that breaks through the veil of this unknown while in retrospect the prayers to the gods were as flags upon the wind which moved upon the staff but never towards epiphany of reason explaining why the knowledge ends with the breath we take |

The mystery is very well expressed here, dear Yuka. Love, Margherita |

"Oh, won't you come out? Whoever you are? You've followed me quite long enough." - Genesis, Your Own Special Way (I believe the quote is accurate, although I have not heard that particular song recently.) Yuka, this poem of yours is a true gem, a diamond in the rough so to speak. |

I may be reading this wrong but this poem reminds me of my high school days and how I would put a girl on a pedestal even though I knew so little about her. I think I have mysterious people in my past. Thanks for the poem. |
