running deep beneath her skin wavy blond hair and sky blue eyes smiling lightly in her ears like the crisp days of early autumn nights Still warm Still alive she felt like heated stones of a hearth… gut instinct walking the streets of love where crowds grow deeper into the dark of night one by one until any light caught inside, is a kiss so gentle like emerald pools of some blissful mystery where the calm touch of time, forgot now alone with only the soft voice of shadows…oh how she loved the obscurity tasting the orange of October moon plays imagination in the mind where music takes you places finding comfort in some far away smile of midnight closing in soon tasting words of alive tapping ever so slowly into the soul of innocence where reckless nature of beautiful tones throws arches of hunger down the back Like a streak of lightening Unearthing a provoking scent where He lays in waiting holding a flute of champagne To entice the palate of her party dress Thinking how relentless he would be When he finally bit into her neck Arranging a shiver of excitement Beneath the thermal blanket of midnight From the shadows he saw her alien nature And a mad smile twists his lips In his once alive cold cold stare Eyes that pieced the hearts of many Leaving no causalities, only lifelessness and despair... his powers moved in slow motion crimson blood soaked eyes waking the demon ripping jagged teeth in human form draining the sweet power of life from her time in this earthly world where her sweet energy would plead him for her life she would surrender to the incubus of a power far beyond her imagination far beyond the dread of night but for the time being, he would watch her world melt slowly away… she was young, pure and would close her eyes when he kissed her neck her…body warm, soft and he'd moan in pleasure ohhhh, the mere thought of her glow his evil would possess his tongue, outlined the lips that were once human, once alive, he was somebody’s son, a long time ago but he turned into a scream in the black of night his eyes burned for hell, for a pure girl and for death to bestow her... it was all in his control her time alive soon to be stole the demon stalked her silently into shades of night little did she know the magic of the black massacre that surrounded her, following her into the evening of smiles and delight death be his bride... he growls, like a ravenous beast of prey while thinking “everything you wish for and more” my dear he slips deep into the blackness waiting waiting waiting for his crimson rose [This message has been edited by LeeJ (10-01-2010 09:26 PM).] |

Dear LeeJ, you have written an impressive piece of poetry, touching the theme of purity and innocence, which exercise such a tremendous spell on those who have lost it long ago. Incredibly powerful and thought provoking too. Good to read you again, dear Poetess! Love, Margherita |
