Maybe, It Will Be? It just made me love you more Those, few hours, that we spent Not near enough time, for sure But, I am so glad we went. All those wasted, days and years Each, with you, in my mind When I saw you once again I knew again, a special find. Though, I never had a doubt I always knew, it was you And now, I finally realize Life’s days, have so very few. But, if I never see you again I’ll know, I knew the best And, I had a special love That, withstood, the test! No sense in being sorry (Although, I really am) All there is left to do Is to, hold you once again. So, thank you, lovely Lady For, sharing some time with me Just like, “Que Sera, Sera” Whatever will be, will be! 9.25.2010 Del "Abe" Jones Mankind's greatest accomplishment is not the revolution of technology, it is the evolution of creativity. copyright 1984 [This message has been edited by Abe (09-25-2010 06:31 PM).] |

Abe, our friend, You have a lot of time left to you... and you won't stop, being you! Write on, and eloquently, as you always have. |

I am glad that you are submitting poems more often. This was another outstanding effort. |

This has a very nice flow and the content is uplifting and wise. We use to say "it's never too late ..." As usual very well written. Love, Margherita |
