Bipolar All these feelings Inside my head Sometimes I can't Even get out of bed I walk to the mirror And what do I see A reflection unknown Looking back at me It feels like a ride At a fair I would attend I'm stuck and can't get off My life is pretend I'm high and I'm low I'm dark and I'm bright I continue to struggle I continue to fight I'm happy I'm sad It's a cycle you know Don't leave me now No wait please don't go I learn to live With this everyday But it is quite hard In every conceivable way For more poems visit my website at www.wordsbybeth.com |

I know of your fight... and it is difficult to know where to turn. But continue to seek help... I know. I have a daughter who is bipolar. |

I am not bipolor but it is a shame that this has not been read by more people. It is an important topic. |

I live with a bi-polar person. Anyone who has this affliction gets my complete support and sympathy... |

More than you know there are many who understand and live with this. Keep up the fight and enjoy the highs. latearrival. I know you said you are not bipolar, but many of us understand. We live with it, if we know of it, because bipolar effects the loved ones also. |
