Bipolar

All these feelings
Inside my head
Sometimes I can't
Even get out of bed
I walk to the mirror
And what do I see
A reflection unknown
Looking back at me
It feels like a ride
At a fair I would attend
I'm stuck and can't get off
My life is pretend
I'm high and I'm low
I'm dark and I'm bright
I continue to struggle
I continue to fight
I'm happy
I'm sad
It's a cycle you know
Don't leave me now
No wait please don't go
I learn to live
With this everyday
But it is quite hard
In every conceivable way

I know of your fight...
and it is difficult to know
where to turn. But continue
to seek help...

I know. I have a daughter who is bipolar.

I am not bipolor but it is a shame that this has not been read by more people.  It is an important topic.

I live with a bi-polar person. Anyone who has this affliction gets my complete support and sympathy...

More than you know there are many who understand and live with this. Keep up the fight and enjoy the highs. latearrival.

I know you said you are not bipolar, but many of us understand. We live with it, if we know of it, because bipolar effects the loved ones also.
