Where Have you been? My frantic heart beating, I exploded in silence, Why must it chain me?, Is not a broken heart punishment enough?, pain sleeps with me, eats with me, ache, ache, ache, Pains' grip will not loosen its clasp, My dieing heart, chokes on your fragments, will it be enough to extingish the flame?, suffocating the last small flicker, salty tears flow, slowly dampening it out, Rest in peace love, once you were bright red, beautiful, all is fair in love and war? death has come to you, color fades to black. Wow, I love this one. The ache and the stark bleakness. |
