Ah, ‘tis a bonnie life to lead- That o’ a vagabond- A cheery fire a mug of mead, A brunette or a blond… A comrade dear to share the road, A goodly blade as well… A coach or two to stop and spoil- A daring tale to tell. An ‘andsome coat of linen fine, A dashing cockade ‘at- A buxom maid to spend my coin, There’s naught that’s wrong wi’ that. A prancin’ steed, swift as the wind- Fine boots o’ Spanish leather… A gallows tree for such as me, They seem to go together. A mournful thought? Why, not at all- A short, but merry trail- Is better far than growing old- So goes the Traveler’s Tale. |

Well spoken. I raise my glass in toast to you and yours. "We'll chase them like rats across the tundra." |

Fantastic, 'slinger! Writing in dialect is tough enough but you did it in style with a powerful message. When some people die, they realize they never really lived. Apparently not so with the Traveler.. |
