In your arms, I stare in wonder The beauty I see in your heart Listening to the rolling of thunder I can hear the beat from afar Wondrous eyes looking our way Whispering thoughts of disgust Lurking around, awaiting the prey Questioning the amount of trust The clouds part and the sun shines on Shedding light on our love I give myself to only one Until the day I ascend above |
