the earth moved in Haiti, Port au Prince it has not been the same since. people ran for cover but mother nature was nasty, people got trapped under the buildings whole houses leveled down to the ground almost like dynomite had been used. cries for help form all men, women, and kids of all ages. homelessness and hunger, despair seem to rein. but their are good things too. people being found alive, doctors working to help those hurt in the great Haiti quake many relief workers even very sleepy ones have kept going to help the flood of people who need them. people form who are now in the usa worry about loved ones and friends back home. we all need help out haiti in this sad season. so if you can please donate what you can to red cross to unicef or other well known places like that. now is the time to have a heart. love, me p.s. i am doing what i can won't you? kerri |

Dear Kerri, thank you for this sensitive write. Your heart is on generous display. Yes, I too, in presence of feelings of terror and dispair, feel the gratefulness for those who are there to help under impossible circumstances. Such emergency is rarely experienced, we really all need to contribute in the way we can. I appreciate your work very much. Love, Margherita |

Kerri, I am saving this. Your observant eye, your compassionate heart, and your talented pen have worked together in writing a remarkable poem on the horrors ~ as well as the triumphs ~ in the fallout from the Haiti earthquake. Yes, may all give generously to help those who so desperately need our help. God bless you for your efforts. Love, Linda xo www.lindadowd.com |
