It's funny how a bad outlook on life can change everything One minute you think the sky is the limit The next you're looking down at the ground trying to picture yourself in it Your mind is stressed Your soul is hurt You think your pain will forever be fossilized in the dirt Just waiting on the big bang….fireworks The flashes of light are pretty Look at how it unites the city It's amazing How people are amazed at the diversity of the colors And disgusted at the diversity of each other Colorful explosives ignite to entertain the mind While taking attention away from the dark heart But with the right spark We can destroy all the negativity that lurks…..fireworks |
