the walls were quiet, as if somewhat attentive to learn perhaps the ways of a man and woman when their eyes touch like lips to mirrors and then their skin begins to unravel caution you sipped your whiskey like it was water to get there more quickly you mentioned so you would not mind your mind's guidance but would press your heart over my beginning we watched the sun on the floor as it danced entwining with locust limb insatiability some shadows were suggestive and you grinned but looked away before my eyes could catch you your water turned into my kind of miracle wine and your eyes were soul windows drapelessly open looking through my looking back through you then waiting for our next intermission to end so our childish innocence could be become adultery ________________ daark |
