i find myself alive in a may wood neath a tender canopy of late spring awash in the verdant glow of a leaf strained sun tasting the pouty fruit of lips ripe with the passion of a love too long denied i know the supple flesh shadowed in the cascade of strawberry tendrils that fall upon your shoulders and spill into my dreams like the salty trickle of want that traces the line of your neck and quenches my thirsty tongue |
