Pale clouds fall to earth today caress sodden rooftops drift like shades along black pine branches and find their quiet way onto my skin. Sashes of white ethereal, light, like nothingness wrap about shoulders, hips, ankles then rip apart soft silent to twine their moist fingers around a green boxwood or a coral peony, annointing all with holy drops that cling like small swarovokis then connect, to form a trailing bead that wends it`s winding way to complete a crystal pilgrimage to the waiting soil. On my face and arms, each tiny hair holds an opal gem, worshipped by this glinting mist in a moistened muffled morning, half-submerged in drifting wet. Water, water welcome on my lashes, on my lips, dilute the dessicated day, drip dripping from each dampened hour, I am Naiad in my element, wavering through my teal-drenched palace halls, most flowing graceful daughter of Asopos, I inhale the essence of the sea. |

An excellent fog poem, although I did have to Google "Swarovski"... Very sanuous, or is that sensual? You almost make me miss the foggy days (the curling mists and droplets upon the hairs), of which there are relatively few down this way, as I have found. |

Absolutely love your style! Can't get enough of it. Little gems like: "coral peony," small swarovokis," "teal-drenched palace walls," what treasure chest do they come out of? I want to go there too. |

How I wish I could write like this... Absolutely beautiful, miss. You took such a simple moment in time and turned it into a beautiful production. I could feel it.... |
