Daylilies dancing
In a cool dew laden breeze,
Glass and grasses drink.

Footprints to follow
From mud puddle to puddle
Left by thunderstorms.

Tires cry, horns blow,
Noise replaces the quiet
Another day starts.

...and, coincidentally, I have been getting drunk before noon.

All good, these. Very well-painted moving pictures, complete with sound and even a hint of some aromas.

Haiku is one of my favorite types of poetry and I enjoyed yours very much indeed. I am always happy to see people inventing original subjects and imagery for this very concise and traditional form. Bravo.
