Love is our weapon To protect us from harm Defense against the world Keeping us safe and warm Have they found our secret Can we one day live free Without the world crashing Closing in on you and me Sometimes it seems a struggle A fight just to survive Waging war against our hearts Just to stay alive Our weapon and our strength To attack or defend It could be wrong or right Just let us pretend This is our resistance Our own hiding place Us against the world In this last embrace |
