Wheels and metal and I wont settle for any old bike that you may like I want to go fast and be like the wind if only to end the "your just a new girl with a bike" I can handle it just fine and if I go down then lesson learned as I will get right back on and earn the respect of being "A GIRL ON A BIKE" I want the fire in my eyes and the wind in my hair and the attitude of "I dont care" I can do this I know and my bike will show the way to my dreams on the air My bike gives me wings and it tells me things like "Your not JUST a girl on a bike" |

I can relate to the emotions expressed here, determination and confidence, having one builds the other. |

Does anyone forget the trial and errors of learning to ride a bike? My brother put me on his bike an gave me a push to coast down a dirt road hill. I landeed in the briars on the side of the road. Before the thorns out pick, he was pushing me for another try at it. I couldn't reach the pedals when they went to the bottom, but I learned fast. Your delightful write stirred up 70 year old memories. God bless, Rae |
