O' My soul, tis pain I see, as some black shadow looming, where time is no more for me, plucked out, no longer blooming. O' wretched soul of mine, cry, moan your wails of misery, words of ghost pass by, shackled to my minds infirmary, Loves' pain I bare, deep scars, crested deep in prune heart, burnt ashes from the stars, of loves fast shooting start, No more, no more, shall I weep, as you took my breath away, loves death buried me deep, in slumber I sleep, I shall stay. Will my words stick like glue to your heart? it is the paste that keeps us together~ [This message has been edited by A Romantic Heart (05-14-2010 09:27 AM).] |

For what it's worth, I think this is your best poem. This is truly amazing to me, and I love this kind of dark despairing love. And the pain we all bear because of it. That last stanza is truly perfect. |

where time is no more for me, plucked out, no longer blooming. lovely poem, but makes me feel sad... time is for you and still blooms... but it's your choice, your life/time... and it could and will be so rewarding... love to you Lee J. |
