Rise of the Morning Star In my inner most thoughts Where birth is given To my many emotions I yearn for something Thatwords can’t express And addictions can’t suppress So I continue to walk forward Past my many illusions That yell for my attention Awareness lights my path Upon the darkness of my dysfunction I yearn to be free But bondage has its comforts Yet my soul cries out For another way of being And far on the horizon As my heart beats with hope The Morning Star rises elegantly And the darkness of night Gives way to the dawn... ...of Love that comesto heal. |

An enjoyable piece. Just a note, watch your word spacing. "We'll chase them like rats across the tundra." |

No problem... we Canadians need to look out for each other. "We'll chase them like rats across the tundra." |
