I could walk with you down memory lane But your path and mine are not the same Even when we walked together But please walk on and I will follow the dusty paths in which you wallow The trail mix shared is hard to swallow when taken all together Places where you withstood a test are those in which my soul found rest I sauntered along all through your Quest as we walked along together I gathered different than that which you've gleaned What you see of what was seen holds definitions that only mean we never walked together The maps you've drawn are not the same as those fate chose to bear my name You needed the wild that I needed to tame when we walked alone together *** |

Larry, one of your best. Says a lot and makes a person think. Even with a family of six children I often tell them they each lived in a different family because each saw and perceived things so differently.latearrival |
