alas ms penelope, why will our winds not linger is it the jealous odin in his spiteful pouting or some vixen temptress wanting her bed rebroken we both know of these sensations, perhaps of male how the wood of mornings punctures our sky with almost a sighing seduction, a begger's grip for all hands on deck to polish into submission and you would rock your bow in that bosom slip tempting even slow witted tides to reach under just to know the smooth curve of your lady shape tethered proper and polite but with promise that when the winds would arrive of sudden you would fight to press your master down and frolic his loins with your spinning helm then break into moaning love for his storming and we are beguiled by our favorite of cravings ___________ daark (sloop ms p series) |

A slip of sloop takes on required beggerings of time, care, consideration of all things benign, unknown, to those who might knot be those who enjoy her curves... But for those who do? Sail on.... |

Ditto Margherita! A poet must leave traces of his passing not proof. |

Have you ever read a line and wished you had written it. In this poem there is one such line for me - some vixen temptress wanting her bed rebroken. |

Are you making references to Homer? Is this the Penelope of Odysseus? If so, it's an original approach to the subject and a wonderful poem. Bravo for weaving myths into your poetic tapestry. |

Ah, the sailor's curse, that he (or she) can only fall asleep when rocking on the boat. A great read with good metaphorical imagery. |
