NO MATTER WHO 4 February 2011 No matter who you are, the call is there whisper-waiting, unrelenting, echo-adamant. Most don’t know it. Many won’t admit it. Some deny it, deride it, despise it. The word that names our greatest craving, is not lust nor love nor even respect. What we all hunger after more than anything since each of us began, is for people all people - any people - one person - to care. Owl |

Love can turn into hate. Passion can swerve into coldness. Lust is fickle. Caring is forever. ~ What's The Difference Between Roast Beef And Pea Soup? / Anyone Can Roast Beef. ~ |

really liked how you worked this one...the hyphenated words (sometimes only hyphenated words can work at all), the flow, how well the ending works with the rest of the write, and of course...the subject matter itself...really good work here |

Very good.I have heard it said that what one really needs is, knowing someone will worry until you come home at night. We all need some one who cares and something to do in life to be able to make it. best to you, latearrival |

Thank you, Jerry. Yes, there is a far greater chance that caring can be forever. Thank you, Lori. Thank you, Steaven, for your kind words and your careful consideration. Yes, I am a Gerald Manley Hopkins fan. Thank you, Faith. I am glad you do. Thank you, Ida. I am honoured by your words. Thank you, latearrival. I guess we all need to matter. Owl |
