the sky could be cloudy
overcast and gray
there could be heard rumbling
in the heavens
lightning cracking loud and close
the bottom could fall out
rain and hail and such
you would see me
with a smile on my face
seeing only sunny skies
and bluer than blue heavens
love is the reason for my madness
my heart given to another
nothing can come against that love
to tear it asunder
make it grow cold and hateful
so come on let the storm roll on in
I'm smiling and seeing the sun
for the sun is always there
within my sweethearts soul
we blend together
we're meshed and as one
nothing can pry us apart

Ah the eye of the storm is in this one.     Everything else can go to hell in a handbasket.  I liked this one a lot Jerry.

this is great Jerry, sunny days always when there is a smiling face in the world

And it did. I haven't been around as much as I like - I need to FIX that part of my life! Priorities, y'know!

Oh yes, I am quite aware of priorities, Sunshine. That's why I'm double glad when I can coax you back into my den.

Ah, you have described a truly wonderful place to be... So caught up in the love of another that absolutely nothing from the outside world can touch you.  Well done, my friend.

Thank you, Michael. Love came to me at a late date, but I'm just as in love now as a teenager's first crush. Appreciate you blessing my love with your presence.

As long as one isn't 'blinded by the light', my friend, love is all that and more...

Glad to see you so smitten!
