Love can be such a grand and wonderful thing; and also so devastating at the same time. A rose with it's thorns...though that doesn't keep any of us from seeking it out, that is our nature. The same can be said for solitude, or being 'alone'. It can hurt, ache... but sometimes, when I am alone and surrounded by everything that is so much larger than I am - I am only then, truly peaceful. The answer (which I've never found /grin) lies somewhere in the middle of all of that. This is very nice, I enjoyed it.
