some mornings before early there
at the brim of dawn sky eyes
you would bring the swallow songs
in your girl shoe giggle basket

you wore lady like proper gowns
but they were caught by wind often
and the candy store you had hidden
became such decently exposed

that you caught my eyes wanting
then blushed the price expensive
til I just had to steal some anyway
but you stopped me in mid sip then

and made me take everything or not any
