May you both receive the strength, wisdom, and fortitude to "stand strong to see the light". Well done Jerry, enjoyed your poem, Ms. E |

I see an outstretched hand in your poem; the eye of the storm, where there is peace. Very nice, Jerry |

We are trying, Ms. E., and We will will see that light. Thank you very much for being here. <><> Nicole, you're right about that outstretched hand, my friend. Than you for noticing it. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Like a waterfall of emotions that keeps one in place with the longing to move towards the light, where one can open the eyes again and breathe hope and love. Beautifully rendered, dear Jerry! Margherita |

Being in a time capsule could be like this: a coal mine of old memories buried, echoing in the dark, waiting for a breath of fresh air to stir the tired captive, free soul to move in sunlight and warmth again, to traverse love without the winds of hurricane. We do learn to rise above the clouds...yes? And the thing about coal is that it evolves gemstones...diamonds. A thought provoking write, Jerry. Let there be light! |
