Poignant moments
Fill my eyes
And agonize
Down my cheeks

Skin
Too thin
On my sleeve
Takes it to
Heart

Empathy hums
To the tune of
Joy moistened
Revelation

Think what I want
I am what I feel
For those moments
Too real
